I’ve had a great time again this year, running workshops as part of the Fit & Fed Summer Mix programme across youth centres in Plymouth.  The workshops at Efford, Estover and Honicknowle were to create individual boards to take home, whereas young people at Southway also got involved in decorating the walls inside and outside of their youth centre.
